By anabolic action, Deca is slightly stronger than testosterone, the anabolic index is 125% when testosterone is only 100%. The positive side of Nandrolone lies in its very low androgenic rating – 37%. This is due to the fact that Nandrolone is like dihydronandrolone, in which the androgenic effect is virtually eliminated.
Estrogenic activity in Decabol is very low, it weakly binds to aromatase enzymes. Enzymes responsible for the conversion of androgens to estrogens. It is believed that only about 20% of Nandrolone is converted to estrogen. This is due to the fact that the drug is a progestin (like all 19-nor compounds).
It is used for long courses of 6-12 weeks, since the drug is of prolonged action. After the first injection, it hits the blood stream with a peak after about 10-14 days, i.e. before this, you will not feel a surge of strength, or a noticeable increase in mass. But then Deca begins to shine so that bodybuilders are inflated right before their eyes.
Deca holds a decent amount of water within the body. The downside to this is that the blood pressure can rise. The pros are that for bodybuilding, extra water in the muscles gives both strength and endurance, and also “lubricates” the joints. According to bodybuilders, on a course with Deca, pain in the joints that were present before the course also disappears.

How to use
How to use Nandrolone Decanoate?
It is customary to inject Deca from 200mg per week. The dosage can be increased to 300-4000mg after a few weeks if the growth of the muscles is not sufficient for the user.
Note: Deca can also be perfectly combined with all different anabolic preparations.

Side Effects
Side effects of Nandrolone:
Progestogen compounds (such as Nandrolone) are known to increase the prolactin hormone in the body. A high level of prolactin in men often leads to such adverse reactions as gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia (inability to reach orgasm), suppression of endogenous production of testosterone (after the course, this is restored within PCT).
Control of prolactin is achieved by taking antagonist preparations of prolactin (such as Cabergoline or Pramipexole). But if you control estrogen, prolactin will also be under control. This means that you can use the known anti-estrogen Tamoxifen or Proviron.
Increased blood pressure has also been noted but only on the course, after the course is complete, it will return to normal.

Also, due to this reason or high progesterone activity, Tamoxifen cannot be used with its ability to increase the number of female hormone receptors, thus, Caber becomes the new Tamoxifen while using Nandrolone Decanoate.
If you began to gain fat and gynecomastia, then either you have intolerances to the drug, or you are using excessively large dosages and abusing this substance. Otherwise, such side effects will not arise.
PCT
PCT begins approximately 12-14 days after the final injection of Nandrolone Decanoate. The duration of rehabilitation therapy is 2-4 weeks, depending on the indicators of the hormonal arc. Do not use tamoxifen. Here is a list of recommended drugs for post cycle therapy:
- Antiestrogens: Anastrozole, Clomid and Dostinex (Caber);
- On the course, if there are signs of gynecomastia development: Proviron and Dostinex;
- On the course and PCT to stimulate testosterone: injectable gonadotropins such as hCG.
Anastrozole – 0.5-1 mg per day;
Clomid – 50-100 mg per day;
Dostinex – 1 tablet per week or 0.5 tablets every 4 days;
Gonadotropin – 2 times a week, at 500IU per injection.
