How to take
The optimal dosage of Nandrolone is 300-400mg per week. In this case, the risk of possible side effects is minimal. It is very important to combine the course of Nandrolone Decanoate with other androgenic steroids, for example, with Testosterone Enanthate or Testosterone Cypionate. Such a bunch of drugs will eliminate all of the possible negative effects of Deca. The dosage of the male hormone testosterone should be 1.5-2 times greater than the dose of Nandrolone.
The duration of the course of Nandrolone should vary from 6 to 10 weeks and sometimes, even 12 weeks. It is a long course with a slow accelerating effects. Muscle gain and strength gains will be most pronounced in the middle and towards the end of a long course. Six weeks is very short for Nandrolone Decanoate due to its long half-life, so this is why users often use this substance for longer cycle duration that compared to other steroids.
Due to such a prolonged duration of the courses, it has been recommended that you run Nandrolone Decanoate not only with testosterone, but also with other drugs that can replace each other for more pronounced effectiveness of the steroid course. Methane (30-50mg per day), Turinabol (40-50mg per day), Stanozolol (30mg per day) are also very suitable for this role. In some cases, athletes also use Oxandrolone (40-60mg per day). Choose one drug from this group and use it alongside Deca within a cycle to see great results.
Be cautious when combining Nandrolone with Trenbolone, Oxymetholone or other drugs with high progestin activity. If done so, anti-progestin drugs such as Cabergoline will be needed also.

Control of metastatic breast cancer in women:
50 to 100 mg by deep intramuscular injection once a week.
Usual Adult Dose for Anemia Associated with Chronic Renal Failure
female: 50 to 100 mg by deep intramuscular injection once a week.
male: 100 to 200 mg by deep intramuscular injection once a week.
Usual Pediatric Dose for Anemia Associated with Chronic Renal Failure
2 to 13 years:
25 to 50 mg by deep intramuscular injecyion every 3 to 4 weeks.
> 13 years:
female: 50 to 100 mg by deep intramuscular injection once a week.
male: 100 to 200 mg by deep intramuscular injection once a week.

- Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
- Signs of high calcium levels like weakness, confusion, feeling tired, headache, upset stomach and throwing up, constipation, or bone pain.
- Signs of liver problems like dark urine, feeling tired, not hungry, upset stomach or stomach pain, light-colored stools, throwing up, or yellow skin or eyes.
- For women, no period.
- For females, a deep voice, facial hair, pimples, or period changes.
- More interest in sex.
- For males, erections (hard penis) that happen often or that last a long time.
- Shortness of breath, a big weight gain, or swelling in the arms or legs.
- Very bad headache.

Side effects of Nandrolone Decanoate
The drug has a mild progestin activity, which at high and even medium doses can cause a decrease in libido and a temporary occurrence of erectile dysfunctions. Also, due to this reason or high progesterone activity, Tamoxifen cannot be used with its ability to increase the number of female hormone receptors, thus, Caber becomes the new Tamoxifen while using Nandrolone Decanoate.
If you began to gain fat and gynecomastia, then either you have intolerances to the drug, or you are using excessively large dosages and abusing this substance. Otherwise, such side effects will not arise.
PCT
PCT begins approximately 12-14 days after the final injection of Nandrolone Decanoate. The duration of rehabilitation therapy is 2-4 weeks, depending on the indicators of the hormonal arc. Do not use tamoxifen. Here is a list of recommended drugs for post cycle therapy:
- Antiestrogens: Anastrozole, Clomid and Dostinex (Caber);
- On the course, if there are signs of gynecomastia development: Proviron and Dostinex;
- On the course and PCT to stimulate testosterone: injectable gonadotropins such as hCG.
Anastrozole – 0.5-1 mg per day;
Clomid – 50-100 mg per day;
Dostinex – 1 tablet per week or 0.5 tablets every 4 days;
Gonadotropin – 2 times a week, at 500IU per injection.
